We spent yesterday lunch and afternoon with some friends and I had a bit of a jam on the guitar. One idea that was shared with me was to use the riff from Daniel Bedingfield's "Gotta Get Thru This" over Brenton Brown's "Holy". You basically get bass and guitar to play the riff through for the verses. It doesn't work for the chorus and bridge - you just have to adapt it and work something out in a similar style or do what you like here. It is a fun arrangement anyway.

Just listening to Gotta Get Thru This again and you could probably loop the riff at the beginning to use, but you would come unstuck when you hit the chorus.
